Tell Us Thursday

It's that time again! Time to get together and answer some random questions so we can all get to know you a little better! I was excited to see that we had a couple new linker-uppers last week! I won't keep you long with a bunch of nonsense, so lets get down to it...

1. What is your biggest pet-peeve?

When people are rude and judegy. I saw this on Pinterest and it really made me think. I cannot stand when people think they are above others. Like other people owe them something. I'm sorry if you don't agree but we are all equal {except for murderers and rapists and people of the sort}. Treat people with respect and dignity.

2. Who was your BFF growing up {you don't have to give last names just first name or nickname will suffice}? Are you still in touch? If not, how come?

I had a very best friend, Nicole when I lived in Missouri. We were inseparable. Literally. She used to take me on her family vacations for heavens sake. When my dad graduated from chiropractic school, we tried to stay in contact, even flying across a few states to spend time together. We ended up falling out of touch. We do email every once in a while and I do believe she reads my blog {hey Nikki!!}. I miss her and although time and space has torn us apart I still think about her frequently.

3. Where is your favorite vacation spot and favorite activity to do there.

Maui, by a long shot. I haven't been to many tropical places but this place certainly does have it all. It's a great mix of tranquility and night life. We did a lot of "touristy" things but my favorite was snuba diving. It was amazing to see life underwater and get so close to giant sea turtles! We planned
on going back last summer for our 5 year anniversary but decided against it because it was too close to my due date. Plus we used the funds to pimp out Claire's room ;)

Annnd a new segment of Tell Us Thursday will be a 'would you rather' question!! Fun stuff, right?!?

Would you rather:
A. shop at consignment shops/stores

B. buy everything brand new

Definitely A. I love shopping at thrift stores and yard sales. I love getting a good deal and I love being able to transform pieces into something new. There are certainly things I wouldn't buy used...
Bras, underwear, baby toys, swimsuits, are all on the list. One man's trash really is another man's treasure!
